its called pearl on the CF hood. I am sure you have seen some white car when looked at in certain angle it seem blue or pink or whatever those are called pearl paint over paintjob. Using same principle paint over VIS CF hood you have what you see there
It is not easy to get this pearl done right where it is all even throughout the whole hood, they did do a pretty good job on that hood
