Was wondering if the Celica GT T23 has the same spring system as any of these cars:

Toyota Soarer JZZ30 & UZZ30

No. The only car that is close is the Scion TC. The rears fit fine but the fronts are a little bit off.

Scion tC coils are the only somewhat compatible coilovers

You may want to look into coils for the first generation Toyota Prius, Opa, Wish, Caldina, Avensis and Vista because of they share the same chassis with the Celica.
