Cost to install TRD Springs

518 Views 3 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  PaCelicaGTS
Hi all...

I just bought some TRD springs and was wondering what anyone else has paid to get them installed.

I was quoted $69.99/hr for 4 hours.

Is this high?

How hard are they to install if I rented a spring compressor?

Thanks for any help!

way too much money. It should definately not take that long at all if it's being done by a shop. If it's being done by a shop, like 1-1.5 hours should be sufficient and by yourself you should be able to do it in under 4 hours assuming you have a torque wrench.
Anyone have a suggestion on a shop in the Southwestern PA area. The quote from my first post was from Speed of Sound in Monroeville.
if you feel like taking a drive to the philly area one day I'll do it for $50

and no thats not per hour
