How difficult would it be to make your own Lambo doors if you can weld and get all the parts necessary. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult. Maybe it's just wishful thinking cuz there's no way i can pay that much for the bolt on kit. What do you all think?

I purchased those eBay instructions...it said they were for the Celica but when I got them they weren't even car specific. The information the CDR contained was quite worthless...

If you sat down and started to design your own lambo doors you'd end up spending more time and money in designing your own then you would to just buy the bolt on kit. I know the guy that is making the bolt on kit and have seen how nice it works. If you really want the doors i'd save up the money and get the bolt on kit. You'll thank yourself and your car will to in the long run. Give Ian a call over at car excess 727-585-7878 tell him Justin sent ya and maybe he can help you out onthe price a little.

If you ever get to see the door hinges up close you'd understand that its not as easy as it sounds. Copying the hinges would be very hard and very expensive. unless you know some one that had a plot pointer and a CNC Machine that can cut 1/2" steel good luck.
