Please don't flame me...I really don't know this. Does a dyno measure horsepower to the wheels or horsepower to the crank?

It can do both I beleive, but I also beleive doing a crank reading requires a bit more work and prolly charge you more?

Yepolaz...

There are several different dynos..some that even remove the tires and attach to the rotor hubs.

The general ones are usually like a Dynojet and measure at the wheels, and a conversion factor can determine how much you're putting out at the crank.
