sorry for the lame a$$ post but i simply dont know this, when you see results from a dyno that show hp and trq ratings are they showing actual power to the wheels? for exaple when they compare a stock dyno to a dyno with an intake added?

if ur talkin like the "stock" dyno u mean the 180 like they advertise on tv or whatever? well if u r thats hp at the flywheel .. the dyno takes the actual hp from the wheels

It's the acutal power that the car makes after drivetrain loss. i.e. The GT-S makes a factory claimed 180hp at the crank. I have an Injen CAI and custom exhaust. I made 179.3 hp to the wheels. That's how much power is actually making it to the ground.
