ok ill start a thread on this project. lets start with a used 93+ E153 LSD tranny. look how nasty this thing is. i cant believe MR2 owners that want to do this swap dont clean them as soon as they get them.

this is after i blasted it with my high pressure washer. once its fully disassembled, im going to have the housing sand blasted and then painted.

once i do the modifications to the alltrac axles and MR2 axles ill post pics of those.

What is it about E153s collecting **** like that? I went through the same thing with my alltrac when I got it. I think I went through 20 cans of brake clean on the damn thing.

20 cans of brake clean @ 3.00 a can = 60 bucks. i paid 120 for the high pressure washer so its half way paid for itself nice!
