I was driving home last night when i signaled, the power of my car kinda fluctuates or actually when i do anything connected with power it fluctuates. Like my lights turn on and off. Also when i opened my hood of my car right after i notice a smell of burnt rubber and notice smoke comming out of the header area.

Do you have a battery tiedown? Is the positive terminal covered? If the positive terminal arc'd quickly it can do this.

Check the wiring to the starter motor, too.
