Alot of guys are running 550cc injectors. Like you said, it only supports up to 150% of injectors, so:

150% = 650cc on a GT. 260(stock size) + 260(100%) + 130(50%)
GT-S can support up to 800cc. 320 + 320 + 160

Actually 260 + 260 +120 would be 250%.
Unless calculating injector size is ignores the first 100% from the original injector

yes, I think it ignores the original injector size. Atleast... that's what i've been reading on the E-manage forum.

That is Wrong, I don't know about the emanage but your math is terrible. 260x150%=390, 260x250%=650. I just wanted to clear that up.

so in theory you wouldnt be able to run anything larger than 390cc.. Thats kinda small... Id be happy if i was able to run 550cc but dont think the extra money id spend on a standalone would be worth the money vs the power difference between 390cc vs 550cc:)

I know enough people that run 550cc injectors with the E-manage. Why would my math be bad? isn't 150% of 260 not 390? and if you add that up with the stock injector size in total isn't it 650??? Oh well, whatever lol. Just trying to help, like i've done before to many guys who had questions about Greddy E-manage and Profec e-01.
