I was wondering if anyone new the best exhaust performance wise for a 2001 celica gt (manual)?????? I was also wondering if anyone knows where i can find sound clips for the exhausts too??

for sound clips...if you go to the installs page here there is an install on TRD exhaust (more like an expanation than an install...but i digress). There are three or so clips at the end of te page.

I did my research, and TRD give the best number over all.
It sounds subtle.
