I keep losing one bolt on my turbo manifold and it's always the same stud. My question is how tight does it have to be in it?

is it a bolt or stud? if you keep loosing a bolt, get an OEM MKIV supra exhaust stud. put some locktite on it and then use a nut. tighten it down as tight as you can with 2 wrenches. i have all supra studs in my head for the manifold. i even use MKIV nuts too

Anyone ever found a torque spec for exhaust manifold studs?

I've searched all over. I found it convenient the 2003 Corolla edition of the 1zzfe manual had torque specs for all the studs going into the block. Been trying to find the same for the head.
