I had just gotten off work and was driving North on 101 towards Oceanside where I live. We were stopped at a red light and BAM! F350 hits us from behind!

I am afraid the insurance will try to total it?

I got rear ended by a sedan going 35. My exhaust, bumper, energy absorber, and impact bar were damaged and some underpanel. They didn't total me. It all depends on the damage. An F350 is a big truck though..
