Dont waste your money on the pullies, they give no real hp gains. Maybe 2-3 whp at the most. Anyways, a lightened flywheel does make a difference by decreasing rotating mass on the crank but I would suggest putting a new clutch in when you put the flywheel on. Id kill 2 birds with one stone and just get it out of the way incase your clutch ever goes out.
