Changing the light bulb to blue is the best way to go.
where'd i find this at? at pretty much any auto shop liek autozone or kragens?
My driver side fog light doesn't work. How do you change the bulbs?
^^^^ i have th exact same problem. anyone have a guide to replace the bulb?
I'll tell you that the Driver side is very easy to change. You simply take like 2-3 screws off from the left wheels splash guard so that you can get your hand in there. Get a light and you'll be able to see everything.
The passenger side on the other hand, don't try to do the same thing, theres all sorts of other pieces in the way. I struggled once for 2 hours then finally just took the whole front bumper off.
If you plan on doing both, just take the bumper off... if you just wnat to replace your drivers side, you can reach in trhough the tire well...

Or, just take a 8mm wrench to the screws on the left and right hand side of the fog light. Pull it out, change it, then replace. If you drop the screws you can just reach in an get them.

I really do not think Toyota would have wanted us to take out the bumper to replace a fog light.
^^I agree on that, I work on many different brands and Toyotas are by far the easiest to get things done everywhere. However that also makes them the favorites for thieves.
ok, so where can i buy blue bulbs at, or if u have a specific company. i saw the write up on the walmart foglights. i wetn to my walmart and i didnt find anything liek that.
What are you seroius? All you have to do is screw off the front glass holder of the Fog Lamp???
www.piaa.com

i believe they have fog lights that are white/blue tint... as i know pure blue is illegal in the US.
ok well its fog lights so if i see a cop i'll just turn em off.

^^^stealth mode, just like a loud exhaust pop it in Neutral.

Options, vinyl over the lens, spray stained glass paint directly over the lens & let it dry, get replacement colored bulbs, or a colored rubber cover/sleeve/cap (resembles a condom).
im lookin for vinyls but i cant find any.....

oo well prolly get bulbs off of piai.com or w/e that site is. i saw some good ones on there.

went through a few differnt bulbs trying to get my optimal color to match close to my HID's without doing HID. My final selection were PIAA Spark Blue. They are not DOT approved and not sold in US. Best place to get them is ebay and normally around $80 mark for a set.

This doesnt show color but i love the pic ;)

and yes the bluer u go the less light output but it doesnt fog in florida and the HIDs well make up for any light loss.

here is an ebay link:
