Front bumper opinion

Hey guys I've been looking for a bumper and fender thats close to me(psl florida) and I've had a couple replies but I've pretty much given up on the prospect of getting a cheap trd front to match the rest of the body. So now I'm Trying to decide between the 00-02 and the 03-05 bumpers. I think i like the 03 and up bumpers better, but i would want to have a lip on it. I want opinions on the better looking bumper and the ease of finding and putting on a lip for each. Any opinions or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

On an 00-02 the ww lip flows very well with the rest of the trd kit, that's the set up that I have :gap:

I saw one for sale today for like $100 on the for sale section, so you might wanna look into that one :)
