some routers just suck, and some of the ports end up not working. at my apt right now, me and my room-mates are constantly on rotation with the internet cuz one of the ports don't work.

i'm gonna need a new one for next year cuz i'm moving out.

This one is good. ive been through 3 routers. first one was a netgear and it blocked all my traffic even though I opened up ports. Then I got this linksys and it works great. Then I wanted to go wireless so I bought a dlink that has wired and wireless and that thing sucked too because it blocked ports for no reason. I got rid of that thing. So this is the best router I have had so far. Its very simple to configure. I'll hold it for you until you say otherwise.

I believe it has a CD that autoconfigure the router for you.

It has a browser-based configuration so its really easy. just hook it up and type Http://192.168.1.1 and then itll ask for password.
