Well sh1t!!! i went to get my tires and get my rims installed today.

While they were putting on the lugs on my back passenger side rim, the fuking key for the lugs BREAK OFF!!!

So their is a piece of the key STUCK inside the damn lugnut!!! Including this wheel, 2 other's were already securely tightened. Their was only one wheel that hey didn bolt on at all yet.

To make it worse, when the key ****ing BROKE, it flew to the side, and chipped the hell out of my rim!!!

It was about 7 pm. I was gonna goto the shop that i got the tuner lugnuts and key from, but i knew they were already closed. So me and one of the guy's at the shop headed to pepboys to try to find another key. No luck. We tried going to this rim shop around the area, they were closed too!!

So my car is sitting in their shop still, cause i cant drive it, since one wheel isnt bolted on. One of my new rims is chipped to hell. And the shop where i got the lugnuts from arent open tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOD DAMMIT IM SO PISSED. the ****ing key isnt supposed to BREAK OFF. SH1T!!!#@!#$$95y09431y31h521$^%!(^Y!H #NT O#GNE

OT-are u suppose to buy one wheel lock per wheel?... because i bought one of the SAME lock for each lug.. which now i realize was a waste of money kuz in total it cost me almost 100 for 20 lock nuts and screw... i was confused back then..lol

who needs wheel locks..

i dont have em.. its more of a hassle than anything else.. if the guys really want ur rims, they'll get them no matter if you have wheel locks or not.

it just gives you a peace of mind. sure they are steal them no matter what, but atleast some wont be able to steal them because of it.

use 5 packs of the 4 lugs that would be something
different lug for different bolt on same wheel

same thing happened to me. the key broke, so i was stuck with driving around on stockies, and my poor rims were sitting at home for like 3 days while i tried to find a place to get it fixed.

take it to any wheel shop and they have a kit that takes off the locks. they'll charge about $15 bucks though.
