plan on getting g-game 77w gunmetal with a polished lip, but cannot decide on 17 or 18 how much speed would i lose with each? and also what is a good tire thats not outrageously expensive?

according to that its 265 a wheel and thats without tires so with what i was quoted id save with vitek
