I have just tried to adjust my Ground Controls in preparation for our upcoming winter. The fronts are extremely easy to adjust with just a quick turn to loosen them and then adjust.

The rears on the other hand are impossible to adjust. Once they have been loosened they are impossible to turn. Feels like when the bolt is loosened it doesn't release. Is this a defect? Normal? Any solutions?

Are the rear wheels completely unloaded when you are attempting to change the settings? Make sure the suspension isn't loaded at all. Might help with adjustment.

I was doing one wheel at a time. Do both wheels need to be unloaded?? But, yes while I am doing it the side I am working on is jacked up.

I would then suspect the threads on the perches is dirty. Try cleaning the treads and see if that improves anything.

I had sprayed it ALOT with some WD-40 and was still impossible to turn.

The only other suggestion I could make is to take off the coilover sleeve and then freeze it. The metal should contract to the point where the two parts come unseized.
