I was given a ticket to appear at our california state referee for modified exhaust & intake so I put the car back together with oem parts but failed the inspection & emmissions test. I replaced my intake & catback. The original cat was never tampered with . But I did replace my 2zz & i think the shop didnt hook everything up. But I have been told the fact my gar is so rich has nothing to do with my air intake & my check engine light usually stays on but since replacing the cai with stock air box it is on 1/2 the times & will stay off for days.
