I'm not finding any parts by those numbers online, do you know if there is a different part number for ordering a hardware set that includes these parts, or maybe a good place I can go to order them? I am trying to avoid the toyota dealership, but I may have to go that route.

Toyota doesn't have a kit for them but an aftermarket company might make one - you could ask autozone / napa / etc

I doubt they will cost much at a dealer

you coudl also hit up a salvage yard
