i need help with installing injen intake. what do i do with these? attach it with hose or just leave it that way.

That comes off and the wire harness is unused.

Just secure it so it doesn't get into the radiator fan housing.

What does that blue plug do anyways? I think I just have mines hanging after installing my CAI...or some other wire hanging, not sure if its the blue one or not.

if i remember correctly, that stays off. Just leave it hanging or take it out. It doesn't connect anywhere on the intake.

It controls the vacuum for the butterfly valve system, which is removed when you install any aftermarket intake.
