i got PIAA H3 ION CRYSTAL bulbs. these things light up the road 3x compare to the stock fog lights. i could not believe these things cost $25-30 a bulb but for the price it's definitly worth it. it looks sick and is very useful in lighting up the road. i ended up getting them for $20 eachOriginally posted by twistedGTS
those fogs do look nice, what kind are they?
the instructions was a piece of cake thanx to kia's custom spacer. the hardest part was finding a spot for the ballast. there is almost no space in those spotstwistedGTS said:looks great! How hard was the installation?
i know what u mean about the brightness of the lights. i expected them to be brighter too but i'm happy with them non the less. when i drive on a road with street lights (the big orange ones) the HID's tend to get blended in to the point where u can't see themStreetFighter said:Glad they worked out better for you than me. I just ordered the McCulloch 5300k kit the other day. I'll take pictures of it whenever I get my car back from the bodyshop. I hope the guy ordered me the OEM hid headlights.
Yeah, that's why it was hard to get a good pic of the light output because my damn block has the orange streetlights. You can actually seem them in pic 1. Those lights do some crazy ass tricks with the camera. My taillights don't even look red when I'm parked right under one of them, craziness.TRD StreetRacing said:when i drive on a road with street lights (the big orange ones) the HID's tend to get blended in to the point where u can't see them
