Glad they worked out better for you than me. I just ordered the McCulloch 5300k kit the other day. I'll take pictures of it whenever I get my car back from the bodyshop. I hope the guy ordered me the OEM hid headlights.

i got PIAA H3 ION CRYSTAL bulbs. these things light up the road 3x compare to the stock fog lights. i could not believe these things cost $25-30 a bulb but for the price it's definitly worth it. it looks sick and is very useful in lighting up the road. i ended up getting them for $20 each

if u do a search on these bulbs, quite a few ppl swear by them

i know what u mean about the brightness of the lights. i expected them to be brighter too but i'm happy with them non the less. when i drive on a road with street lights (the big orange ones) the HID's tend to get blended in to the point where u can't see them

let me know how the 5300k goes compare to ur 4300k kit

Yeah, that's why it was hard to get a good pic of the light output because my damn block has the orange streetlights. You can actually seem them in pic 1. Those lights do some crazy ass tricks with the camera. My taillights don't even look red when I'm parked right under one of them, craziness.

Kia, once I figure out how to work the shutter speed/exposure on my camera I'll see if I can take some more accurate pics. But they're not far off at all, not like my old 2.1MP. Pic 3 is the best representation of the actual light color.

Hey, I installed the 5300k McCulloch kit tonite. I like them a lot better than my Phillips. It's more whitish/blue than the whitish/yellow of the Phillips. The road lit up a lot brighter than the Phillips. I definitely love these 100x better than the Phillips. I will take pictures soon. I need to adjust the bulbs so they are securely fit in the headlights.

Unfortunately I deleted all except for one. The pictures I took truly didn't display the brightness and color if you were there looking at the car. I wonder if EasyC messed up on the installation =P The reason why I say this is because when I start up the McCulloch's they start off yellow and some other color and then becomes the whitish/blue you see on high end cars, but when I turned on the Phillips, it would start off the whitish/blue and then turn yellowish. I'll take some pictures soon when I secure the bulbs cause right now they are sitting a little loose and the beam pattern is a lil off.
