Xenon depot sell's replacement bulbs. Send Steve from Xenon depot a PM. I sure he could help u out on gettin a pair.

I believe they are compatible with the philps unit because that's the ballaster I have and i got my h.i.d kit from Xenon depot. So u shouldn't have a problem.
