From what i read, people that seem to be having a HIGH IDLE issues have it even when their car is warm.

My issue is, when i start my car up in the morning, it revs to 1900rpm.. and after it warms up for several minutes, it comes back down to 1500rpm and so forth..

Is this normal or do you guys recommend taking apart my IACV and cleaning it & replacing the gasket?

That's perfectly normal, it can take a few minutes before the idle drops down to 900 rpm or so. It usually goes from 1900 to around 1600, from there it goes down to 1200-1300 and then to the regular fully warmed idle.

Mines does the same also but What happens if sometimes it feels like its going to shut off at a light, after driving around (def warmed up). It doesn't happen often but I've noticed it a few times.

my cold idle is 2. My warm idle is 1.6 lol
