i was looking at the HKS exhaust. There is a GT and GTS version. I see no visual differences. Will the GT exhaust be ok to use on the GTS? what kinda of differences will there be? Anyone has this exhaust. how does it sound and compare to the TRD?

Noticeably louder than TRD at idle, and only slightly louder while driving (based on Turbo Magazine's Celica exhaust testing). Overall, not too loud that cops would notice you from the other side of town.

Mine is really quiet. No comparisons except to stock. It is barley louder than stock.

um.. its definately louder than stock lol.. it has a deep sound.. but sounds good IMO, since i dont really like loud exhausts

i dont think a GT exhuast will fit on the GTS, will it? i think the bolts will fit on, but there may be a performance reduction. someone comment on this as im not sure. As for sound, i think it wil be louder than stock, but not a fart canister lol

Some companies make exhausts that are compatible with both cars. Not sure how that works, but maybe the ones that are made for separate cars are tuned differently...

yea thats what im guessing...they are tuned differently so you wont get the same results from the two
