The hotchkis TVS for celica looks like it comes with no shocks. If i get hotchkis springs can i use stock shocks?

The street kit is only springs. The Race/Track comes with struts.

To use any Hotchkis springs, you have to use their custom made coil over setup.

Ok, you don't HAVE to. You can also use regular shocks with the street springs, and the shocks won't be able to keep up.
