im going to be getting cai(injen or aem),ported header by boosted 2.0, and a short shifter(twm or trd)..i allready bought an apexi n1 exhaust im just going to wait until i get all those parts so i just put them in at the same time..how much hp would i get with these mods?.how fast will it be?..what other mods could i get to make my car faster that arnt to expencive?...still looking for those parts i mentioned..

like lets say intake will give 3whp,clutch 0whp,ported header lets say 3whp , exhaust lets say 4whp.....

3+0+3+4= 10ish hopefully

you have gt so you prob have about 120whp ish to the wheels or so then you add your 10ish whp so you prob wlll have around 130whp....

and you also got to understand, its nto always about the peak power. its the power under the curve

If you get those mods you will be very happy with the gains - the sound, the power - everything will be improved. You won't be dusting GTSs (well except autos) but you will be noticeably faster

maybe buy a new maf and/or lambda probe too to maximise running efficiency...?

Those are good mods, Mainly because it sets you up for bigger and better mods. You will definelty have an increase in power yes. You will definetly have more fun, and a sportier sounding car.

But now that you have a good exhaust sytem header back, you can look into maybe a Power FC that will probly take you to 140 whp. But as well, I am still hoping for a supercharger kit to come out for the gt. There is also the TRD supercharger route.

Anyway, you are at least taking steps.

you can't go wrong spending 80 dollars on a used cai, just cause of the sound it makes. Plus ur exhaust, its all worth it, just for the sound. I like stock exhausts with CAI's, cause no one can call you obnoxious but you still get a great sound out of it.
