You pull the calipers off to get to the pads by unbolting the 2 bolts that hold the front and back calipers apart. Then just pull them apart.

Look at the back of the caliper. You should see 4 bolts. 2 of them are smaller (14mm, I think) and 2 large (18mm, I think). remove the two large ones. Then the whole caliper unit is loose. All you have to do is slide the old brake pads out of the caliper.

After you remove the pads, you will see a round piston (look at the pic that I linked above) that is sticking out of the brake caliper. You will need to push that all the way back into the brake caliper in order for the new pads (because they're thicker than the old pads) to clear the rotor.

If you're still not sure what we're talking about. You should bite the bullet and pay someone to do this for you.
