TRD. I have them and are design to give a good ride, almost same as stock but but car feels more planted on the ground, iif you still have a warrranty in your car it will cover the springs if install by dealer otherwise you get warranty only on springs, plus Toyota promises will not wear your stock shocks...

there isnt really a best lowering spring for the celica. it comes down to preference.

springs that are higher than 2 inches is TRD, H&R and i believe eibachs.

2 inches and lower skunk2's, goldline, tanabe

Hotchkis springs lower the rear of the car too low for off the shelf shocks to handle. That's the only downside. That is why they make a full coilover setup including custom shocks to go with their springs.
