I have a Kaminari rear bumper that I believe to be genuine and made of polyurethane. It may be a knock off, as the pics on the Kaminari site show gaps for exhaust on both sides. Still pretty sure it's polyurethane though.

In any case I'd like to cut a new opening on the driver's side for an exhaust outlet on that side. Easy enough. However the P/S side has a lip all the way around, which I can remove to make both sides match, but I'd rather add polyurethane on the D/S to match.

Any tips on obtaining the correct material and bonding them?
