I noticed today that I have a LOT of moisture in one headlight. Looking for the best way to dry it out and prevent it from happening again.

have you checked the rubber seal at the back of the headlights?

Best way I know how is to remove the bulb and spray air into it until the moisture disappears... there are a few videos on youtube to help you with it.
