Monthly WingStop Meets?
I think it would be a great idea to have a set monthly eat meet so how about meeting every first friday of the month at the Wing Stop at Circuit City In Union City (well technicaly Hayward) starting next Friday Jan 2nd. Peter Joey and I will be there for those great wings. And I"ll post a reminder every month. Thanks....oh almost forgot meeting time 5:00 or 6:00 pm Thanks again

eh... it kinda defeats the purpose of the meets if we're going to have it every month only because people might not come as often. I know that if i miss a meet it wont seem as big a deal because there will be another one next month. maybe every 3 months will be good. :wiggle:

im sooo down for a monthly meet. even if it starts out small its ok. and yeah good turnouts every time are always nice but i mean if you post it on all three sites like you did this time we should at least have decent turnouts. it would be nice to get to know everyone better and hopefully build some lasting friendships with my fellow celica brethren and sisses. oh yeah and the good food too ha ha. anyways im down and besides once a month is not that often. when i was back in so cal i went to AT LEAST one a week and usually more like three. that got a little hectid but still very fun. but a lot of the time we were racing heh heh heh this time i anticipate its just meets. like our friday night meets back down south. anyways im rambling and getting off track. bottom line is monthly meets sounds GREAT!!!

yeah monthly meets sounds good. first friday of the months. only problem for me is that i might be working around that time, but i'm gonna try to have fridays off for the meet since anthony has put me on blast on this. lol

9thgen has their meets at the one at automall every first thurs of the month.
being a student im never able to go to those and knowing that alot of newceli members are students i was thinkin that fri night would work best. with friday nights its just eat then leave. if its a sat thing then iono it might have to be an all day thing. if its an all day thing then yea it would be alright once every 3 months. if its just a dinner and chat meet then i think it would be fine monthly.

I think everyone should vote for a certain day for this to meet to happen. Whatever the majority picks, then that day should be the day for this meet. I know its sad that everyone cant make it. But its just the fact that some people has a flexible hrs from work or other things to do than others.

kekekekejust do sat. most people dont have work or anything on sat and it doesnt have to be an all day thing. and night meets would be better. where i mived from we would all meet up in san marcos on fri nights at like 9ish and chill til like 1 or 2 ha ha. some wouldnt stay that long but a lot do. and thats everything from vettes to hondas to old 55 chevys and even had some people with trucks with airbags and stuff. hell even a few guys on their bikes would show up just to hang out and get to in n out and shoot the sh!t for a while. i wasnt even the only celica there :thumbup: although the other few celicas werent a part of nc.org but it was still cool seeing a few celicas there. but that was a weekly thing and the only time people didnt show up was when there was drag racing at qualcomm on fri nights. anyways im getting off topic again. bottom line is for me at least a monthly meet is def not too much. i can free one day a month to hang out with a bunch of my car loving brethren. even if they dont all drive celicas or are on this site or not. like i even enjoyed the few hondas that showed up last time.
its hard for all us south bay heads to head there.. remember on a friday night, there is traffic for hours going towards hayward. it might be better if we do one thats not so far for everyone. maybe wingstop in fremont? off automall? just throwing out suggestions.
well if we have the meet later at night it wont matter. like maybe having the meet around like 8 or 9. but i dont know how cops are around here about big groups of cars meeting up and stuff. i cant really give insight to this meet since i dont know the area at all so i'll just say im down for whatever whenever just lemme know :thumbup:

* I picked Fremont Auto Mall due to its central location, its near enough for the south bay residents as well as the east bay peeps. This particular area of Fremont is right off the 800 freeway and in close proximity to many nearby eateries such as In-N-Out Burger, Wingstop, Panda Express, Little Mad Fish, Panera Bread, Rubios, Chipotle, Cafe Zen, Asian Pearl, Kinders, Yoswirl, Applebees, etc.
