Unless your smog guy does NOT find out about your high-flow cat, than you will fail. Well, first off be sure to take what spike said into consideration. With that said, I can tell you that the ones you see on ebay are fine (I got mine there). But the reason I got mine was because my stock cat was most likely clogged because my engine had been burning oil for the past 30k miles. So I wanted to be sure to have a fresh cat for my new motor.
