Larry i tried myself and when we click on "submit order"
there's what happen:

Tried uploading an avatar on the site today using the user cp edit options and after selecting the file name I would get skipped over to the JCWHITNEY site, WTH I tried several times but it kept sending over their and if I hit back it didn't have the file name in their. Any idea's

Don't know if you noticed this, but when I type in just "newcelica.org" it comes up as a site for "John McNair and Associates". "www.newcelica.org" works fine.
