Need Advice On My Suspension

Right now I am dropped all the way down on Skunk2 coilovers, with OEM shocks. I know, stupid. :(

I need advice on either just throwing on some aftermarket shocks, or changing out the coilovers too. Maybe getting Ground Controls and KYB AGX, or Tein's, etc.

I am pretty low, yes.

So you think that the Ground Controls and KYB AGX's or the Tein Basic's, would be a better bet?
the gc/agx and tein basics are both good choices...i think id just go witht the teins.
Just get the Tein Basics if all you are looking to do is drop the car, that is your best bet. KYB's will not last long on a completely dropped set of GC's. I would actually give them like a 5-6 month lifespan with that kind of drop. The Teins have short strut bodies to accomodate the lower drop so that makes them the ideal choice for the money. Besides you can get them for a little under $700 if you look around on the net enough. Hell a set of KYB's can cost you $360 plus so if I were you I would just buy the Tein's. www.hopupracing.com has a good price on the Tein Basics as well. Good luck. Look around and I bet you can get them cheaper than that.
Tein brings ultimate driving pleasure!

Go with Teins! Basics!

The only reason I am a little hesitant to get Tein Basic's is because of how stiff it is. I had them on my Prelude and the handling was unreal. :)

Not yet. I have my ideas but am not 1005 positive and I cannot get anything verified. Finding out who makes these is like asking the government about what used to go on at Area 51.
here are the specs on the skunk 2's.

Skunk2 0-3 inch drop
500 lb/in
400 lb/in

yeah thats 500 and 400. the stockies are probably 230's front and 180 rear (im guessing). i don't know of any shocks that can support that much compression. heh good luck. i think you should get some gc's. swap out springs and get another set of shocks. or get some new coilovers.
Stock springs are 136/168. The only struts that can handle the stiffness of the GCs/Skunk2s are Koni Yellows, and maybe KYB AGXs, but only down to 1.5".
