Using the term soft and stiff by definition of spring rate wont get you anywhere. Lets talk numbers.

I don't consider a suspension stiff until it starts knocking on the 400lb/in front and 500lb/in rear spring rate.

To make matters worse, those rates above are considered to be soft for racing application.

If you want the stiffest "sport" ride, go with Tein H/A. 400/500lb/in.
