Umm .. The cat affecting the air flow, I would think the VVT might need a bit of tweaking which is preferably done on a dyno in the best world. But I expect them to be pretty close in fact.

Jesse, did you experience anything that tells you the opposite ?

AFR needs to be measured with a wideband AFR sensor and gauge. It can be measured on a dyno since they can clip a sensor on the exhaust pipe to measure it.
