It can probally fit, but just remember that the new PS2 is a flip top (like the PS1). The CD tray doesn't eject like the old PS2, so it might be harder to swap games in and out from the glove box. Although that would be the best place to mount it.

Where exactly are u talking about TRD?

I'm assuming the compartement behind the cupholders? I can't imagine it fitting anywhere else, based on his description, without modification.

Don't buy the new ps2, I've heard that they are recalling them because of some issue with the fans inside it.
