well today i decided to lower my car or so i thought it would be, i decided to go with the tein s-tech and kyb agx setup, the results for handling was very nice but i did not get the drop that i wanted, it seems as if the car barely dropped, i should of known because of the 1.4 drop the teins would cover. but other then that everything else looks great

The Tein springs won't ever settle. Tein is adamant on their springs and will be happy to honor their warranty of more than a millimeter of spring sag in one year.
I don't see how the settings on the struts would determine the ride height or settling.

If the struts go back gradually no matter the setting, at rest, or moving.
That means they are blown if they go back up after some time.

The struts may "soften" sometimes afterwards. 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years, but that doesn't mean the ride height.

It will always be the same ride height because you have Tein lowering springs with no adjustabilty.

The same goes for most lowering springs.
If you don't believe it, call Eibach, Hotchkis, Tanabe and the like and ask how much will their lowering springs settle and how long will it take?

I just installed Tein S springs in place of Sportlines last week, and I could barely tell any difference between the two.

The back was a little higher, but the front appeared to be unchanged.
I find this very interesting because I was thinking that the sportlines dropped the car at least 2 inches whereas I don't thing the S-Techs are but 1.3-1.4, so that is a significant difference. You are saying that your S techs are the same height of the Sportlines? Something is wrong...there is no way that the S-Techs could be as low as the sportlines considering the lengths of the springs uncompressed and the spring rates of the two. If anything the S-Techs should be sitting a good deal higher than the sportlines did, so I am lost.
