Currently i think I will be in the 220-230 WHP area but I could be wrong .

Feedback is always welcome unless your just being a prick ;)

as always the car has 100K miles

Should I just stop at my current setup?

I got the 550 I for my setup back then.
It was my understanding the ones that came with the greddy kit were a bit undersized when using the 3.1" pulley.
And you have headers and exhaust over my setup.

Currently I have 840cc for running e85 and I am reaching 80+ % on them.

I did not need the fuel rail. So I can not imagine you would need it.

I made 230+ hp when I was on 91 octane. Your clutch selection is likely fine. The clutch I had in before my current one was rated for 250 and did not last. :(

Your setup is looking pretty sweet. I opted for a lsd when I bought my setup, over cooling and oil pan. I could not imagine trying to put down that power without.
When I start tracking more I will upgrade the pan and cooling.

I don't know if you considered a lightweight Flywheel but enjoy mine.

If nobody has mentioned you are likely going to need to put some nice rubber or perhaps something a bit fatter up front. I spin the crap out of my tires in first and a bit in 2nd.
Just waiting to wear them out before I upgrade.

I really wish I had considered the Hydra when I set out on this project. :)

I would also suggest when you get your sway bar kit, just installing the upgraded rear first and see how you like it.

I had Eibach make me a front and rear. I was having a hard time getting the rear of the car to step out like I wanted on the track. My friend/tuner suggested that I see how just doing the rear feels before I did both.
I am glad I did because I like how it feels now.
I believe the subframe needs to be dropped when installing the front as well. But if everything is coming apart for the clutch it may be a good time to do it then.

up next for me after cooling is a better suspension.

Great feedback. I did not get the flywheel because of the hills here in Hawaii. I actually live at the top of a hill so yea. That part was a no go. I will be changing the tires one I burn through them. I also pi led up a front sway and possibly a rear bar. I will consider the 550s with the fuel rail so I can run without maxing out the 440 injectors. Maybe I'll pick up the LSD. All in all after the supercharger if I'm not happy then I'll go turbo and have everything in place.

I have to talk to MWR tomorrow.... I will keep everyone updated as things progress

Ohhh you know I used your car as a guide. And an expectation of my HP gains. I'll post tomorrow on what if any additional parts I pick up.

LOL right on.
I was really considering turbo. But with all the smog crap, I really wanted something that could be easily taken off every 2 years. And I did not want so much power that I needed to upgrade my internals.

I love my car now. It is really fun having a car nobody expects to have FI. :)

Everyone told me to be on the cautious side with tuning, look out for knock and AFR. Before e85, the hotter it was outside the more detonation issues I had.
I am very lucky to have someone that knows what they are doing with my car.

I forget what octane is available in Hawaii. Do you guys have 93?

I think so... To be honest I don't remember. I orders the wrong pimp from mwr so first thing in the morning I have to call and order thebfull pump kit 550cc injectors and the LSD. I hope that's the end of the list

The higher the octane the better.
I think from what I recall when I was visiting family on Maui, that cheveron had 93 but some other places had either 91 or 92.
