haha i just found something(Power FC Datalogit) but does that have the program or do you have to purchase that.. ? and also what are the other ones that connect to laptop..?

i know this is gonna sound like a nub question, but is there a way i can get the same tune options that a pfc would do, out of a laptop, is there a program(im sure there is) but, how would you hook it up to the cpu and whats the name of the program? i have a laptop and ive been wondering? thanks for any info if any...
