does anybody know if a polyester sponge is safe to use to wash my car with? my ex got me a bunch of car washing stuff for v-day (mostly offbrand crap) but i wanted to try this out but didnt know if it would be harmful to my car..

also was wondering how much a shop might charge to clearcoat my rear valence?

any help to these two questions would be great. thanks!

Poly sponge is not good.

Ask about the clear coating in the Apperance Mods forum. You'll get a lot more traffic in there.
