Take it to autozone and have them test the charging system.If that isnt it check and clean the idle contoller(min. idle setting), reset ecm or check ignition timing.
Problem on a 96 accord
My friend has an automatic 96 accord, and well it has a new starter and battery and everytime you start it makes a sound like when the battery is low on juice and cant start the car, and you gotta give it a little bit of gas in order for it to start, she changed the starter and battery and still making that sound and not turning on unles you give it gas...
