ok guys there are obviously 2 choices the aem pulley and the UR pullies, ok i know ur makes all three pullies underdrive alt and water, now i heard the aem one is just the alternator pulley, if this is so then why is titan motorsports selling a underdrive pulley for the celica? i dunno im just confused.if thats the case id like to get the aem instead of ur as far as the crank aka underdrive pulley goes then the rest i could go with ur such as the alt and water pump pulley, well any input is appriciated.

AEM makes an underdrive alternator pulley, period. That is what they are selling on Titanmotorsports. UR makes the water pump, alternator, and crank pulley as underdrive. If you want the AEM, I think lightningmotorsports.com has a better price plus free shipping for the pulleys. They charged me for the shipping but all I had to do was call them and it was immediately refunded it.

BTW: I've not heard good things about underdriving the crank pulley, and I would worry about doing it to the water pump as well. Unless this car is not your daily driver. Search the forums on the crank pulley and you'll see the problems I'm talking about.

Too bad nobody just makes lightweight aluminium pulleys, non-underdrive.

ehhh those problems are myths, i mean i only heard of maybe 2 people that had problems with the UR pullies, and it wasnt even for sure that it was the pullies fault, the biggest thing i would be worried about it oil, i guess with the pullies it eats a lot of oil, i plan to add these pullies, and ima just add a oil pressure gauge just to be safe

I have the pullies and could not be any happier. It made my car funner to drive than even the CAI.

Plus now I don't hesitate to turn on the AC because it has very little impact on performance while its on.

I misshifted some time ago but the day I installed the UR pulleys, the engine broke. but they made a big difference in lift.
