For quite some time now, I have a "clink" noise coming from my rear drivers side wheel when I go over bumps in the road or speed bumps. It makes the noise as the car comes down. I've had the shocks, etc. replaced already at around 100,000 (120,000 on the car now, 01 GTS). I had lost the caliper pin clip on this wheel previously, but got it repaired with new caliper pins and clip. I've had the vehicle on a lift also and noone could duplicate the noise - sway bars were ok, etc. Nothing loose, bushings were ok.
Anyone have any ideas? Anyone else experience this issue?

Smack the tire with a big hammer and see if it makes the noise, if it does then tracking it down should be easy with someone to help and hit the tire while you put your hands on things. Remember to hit the TIRE and not the wheel.
