Anyone have any recommendations for a shop that will do a reliable job at a reasonable price here in Tucson? The quotes I have received so far have been absurdly expensive.
what are you looking to do? Reason I ask is because it's not THAT hard to do your own struts and springs. Just need some wrenches and a tool to compress teh spring. you can rent these from Auto Zone for like $50 but you get all your $$$ back when you return.
Of course, you are correct; I spent the morning doing the fronts with a pair of spring compressors from Autozone . Saved myself a bunch of $$$. But I think I will have the rears done by some shop; I have had to pull out all the rear plastics before and I don't look forward to doing that.
