So Im currently working on removing my transmission, so that I ca replace my clutch I messed up a few months ago. My first question is, where exactly is the Speed Sensor Connector/Backup Light Switch Connectors? I have a full service manual, but the pic doesnt show where they are connected to exactly, just what the look like. My second question is Im having serious trouble finding someone who has an engine lift I may borrow (once I get to that point) is there any other method I may do to lift the engine so I can drop the Transmission? My buddy said to put a block of wood on a jack and lift it from under? I dont think that will work/ is safe in any way.....any suggestions would be great, Thanks Guys!!!

you dont need an engine lift. leave the cross member in and let the engine rest on it. or use a jack under it. trust me i have done this at least 50 times
