I would suggest adding suspension mods first. As for rims, I recommend SSR and Volks.

Lower it first - otherwise it will look like your car is on stilts. After you lower it you'll be happy with the new look for a while. Then you'll time to find a wheel you really like.

Personally I like the SSRs (expensive) & the 5zigen FNOR1-C.

depends on how much you're willing to spend on some wheels...SSR, Volk, Advan, and Work are pretty high up there...but if you shell out the money for it, go with one of those...

i personally love the Z5000 look on the Celica, but a nice euro mesh style wheel kicks ass, try the HP evo's
