I have been in an on-going fight with Toyota and the dealership I purchased my "certified" car from. After 3 months of car problems and being "denied" I have taken my case to the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Department of Motor Vehicle, Better Business Bureau and Toyota Motor Sales. I also finally got a call from Joe Ducey from KRON Channel 4. He is investigating used car sales and wanted to verify the problems that consumers are having. If enough people complain then things will happen. I encourage anyone with car issues or had difficulties getting repairs resolved to go to KRON 4's site. The more information we can supply the better chance that Toyota will get involved and change their stance with warranties.
